Every call is scored against a weighted quality rubric. The headline number is built from five areas, so it always traces back to something specific.
Each call is sorted into one of four types so it’s judged on its merits — a wrong number isn’t marked against a full sales rubric.
Each area is rated 1–5, weighted by the percentages above, and converted to a 0–100 score. Areas that don’t apply are skipped and the remaining weights rebalance, so no one is marked down for steps that didn’t fit the call.
Scores are consistent and explainable, but they’re still a judgement. When first rolling this out, spot-check a sample against your own review so the marking lines up with how you’d score a call.
